No — Plannli is a planning and budgeting app. Instead of a generic task list, it holds your actual products, supplier quotes, payments and budget in one project, so the plan reflects real decisions and real money.
Yes. Organise the project into categories like venue, catering, photography, attire, flowers, entertainment and stationery, each with its own planned and paid amounts.
Yes. Gather quotes into a buying decision and compare totals alongside scope, VAT, lead time and inclusions — so a cheaper total can’t hide missing coverage.
Yes. Record deposits and part-paid invoices with due dates. Paid amounts count toward your running total, and outstanding balances stay visible in the project.
Yes. Paste a product link from any store and Plannli saves the item with its price. With Plannli Pro you can also clip products directly using the Chrome extension.
Not yet — shared projects are currently in development. For now the project lives on one device (or one account with Pro), and we’d rather say that plainly than promise it early.
Yes. On the free plan everything stays on your device — nothing is uploaded and no account exists. With Pro, your project is backed up through your account, which you can delete at any time.
