Questions, answered clearly.
Yes. The core planning workflow is free on iPhone: projects, budgets, saved products, supplier quotes and invoices. Your free projects are stored on your device, and you do not need an account. Plannli Pro adds price tracking, cloud backup and sync, room for up to 100 active projects, Plannli Web and the Chrome extension.
You do not need an account to use the free iPhone app. Accounts are only used for Plannli Pro features such as cloud sync, price tracking and Plannli Web. If you upgrade through the app, your account is created there. You can then use it to sign in on the web.
Plannli is designed for projects involving lots of products, costs and decisions. You might use it to plan a renovation, organise a wedding, furnish a first home or manage a room makeover. Because projects are flexible, you decide how to structure yours.
Save a product link and Plannli records its current price. With Plannli Pro, tracked prices are checked regularly and you receive an alert when one falls. If a product goes out of stock, Plannli keeps its last known price instead of reporting a false price drop.
On the free plan, your projects stay on your device and nothing is uploaded. With Plannli Pro, your projects are securely backed up and synced through your account. You can delete your account and its cloud data from the app at any time.
Shared projects are currently in development. For now, Plannli gives you one organised project record that can replace information scattered across spreadsheets, notes, saved links and paperwork.
Plannli Pro is a standard App Store subscription. You can cancel it at any time from Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Your local projects remain on your device. Access to cloud sync, price tracking and Plannli Web ends when the current billing period finishes.
An Android app is currently being explored. Plannli Web works in a browser for Plannli Pro subscribers, but your subscription and account must first be created through the iPhone app.
